Driving to Toronto from Palmer takes approximately 40 minutes. However, during rush hour the time you spend in the car could increase to approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Drive through Palmer and you will find tree-lined streets with wide sidewalks on both sides and detached homes set back from the road.
