Baking The World A Better Place
The Boecker Family, who live in The Orchard, have a daughter battling with Cystic Fibrosis. Rather than just accept that, they decided to make a difference. And what a difference they’re making.
Every year in May they host a bake sale.
This isn’t any ordinary bake sale. They bake for weeks and weeks. Their friends pitch in. People with a sweet tooth come from all over Burlington and beyond.
Last year they raised $8,000. This year they’re aiming for $10,000.
All of the proceeds go directly to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
