Is Alton Village perfect for you?

Alton Village is perfect for families who want a neighbourhood that still smells new. “The Village” (it’s not called that, but it sounds cool and maybe we can start something here) is definitely the new-build capital of Burlington. Many houses in this neighbourhood are only a few years old, and a whole section is still under construction. Consequently, this area is filled with original homeowners.

Alton Village is the newest subdivision in Burlington, with an entire section still under construction.

People who consider buying a home in Alton Village are predominantly young families and those seeking a freehold, 2 storey property with an open concept floor plan. They don’t mind that the yards are small and driveways are short. In fact they welcome less outdoor maintenance. That said, the residents of Alton Village definitely have pride of ownership. You will see they are meticulous with their shrubs and annual flower displays.

For active families, Alton Village also has a wicked (do kids still say that?) skateboard park, as well as a leash free area for dog-owners, a splash pad, playground, walking trail and several soccer fields.

This neighbourhood is also ideally situated for commuters who work in Toronto, as it sits conveniently close to the 407.
